Once reviewed, we’ll determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

👕 Apparel & Wearable Items

Wearable items may qualify for an exchange or replacement only if they arrive damaged or defective. Proof of damage is required before any resolution can be approved.

📦 Shipping Issues

Once a package has been shipped, delivery timelines and handling are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but cannot be located, we encourage customers to contact the shipping carrier directly first.

While we are not obligated to issue refunds for carrier-related shipping issues, we genuinely care about our customers and will do our best to help resolve the situation whenever possible.
